Renaissance Conference Center
The all new Renaissance Conference Center is located on Level 2 of Tower 300. The Center offers more than 12,000 sq. ft. of meeting space in six fully-convertible rooms for two-to-250 guests. It is wired for global video conferencing, wireless Internet, direct fiber-optic satellite links and tele-conferencing capabilities. On-site audio/visual specialists, distinctive catering services and professional staff deliver complete peace of mind for every meeting planner.

Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center
The Marriott offers outstanding facilities for business meetings, social events & weddings, including a team of expert event planners and certified wedding planners. Courtyard by Marriott Detroit Downtown – Millender Center

Andiamo Riverfront

Seldom Blues Jazz Restaurant & Supper Club

Coach Insignia
The restaurant offers panoramic views of the city from a 71st floor private dining room, which accommodates parties of 110 (seated) and up to 200 (receptions). There is also a small private dining room on the 72nd floor which seats 12 guests. Coach Insignia is located at the top of the GM Renaissance Center.

Sweet Lorraine’s Café & Bar – Millender Center
The restaurant welcomes private parties for groups of 12–45 for lunch (Mon.-Sat.) and dinner (Sun.-Thurs.) Groups with fewer than 15 people are invited to order off the dining room menu, while groups of 16 or more are invited to create their own personalized menu. For special occasions with 20 people or more, guests are asked to work with the Private Dining Coordinator to confirm selections one week in advance.

Potbelly Sandwich Works
Meetings or parties can be booked for up to 60 guests in Potbelly’s Party Room, while larger events and weddings can be scheduled for evenings (in the back portion of the restaurant) or weekends (in the entire restaurant). The restaurant is located in Tower 300, Level 1.

GM Wintergarden
The GM Wintergarden is a beautiful 14,000 sq. ft., five story atrium with an outstanding view of the Detroit and Canadian riverfronts – a perfect setting for large events. The GM Wintergarden is surrounded by retail establishments, therefore as a public space, users are required to allow for public ingress and egress during events via specified areas.

The GMnext Showroom is a 44,000 sq. ft. area located on Level A in the GM Renaissance Center. GM vehicles and specialty cars are showcased in vignette settings. This venue can be closed off to public access.

Beaubien Place Rooftop
The exterior rooftop space is spectacular for outdoor events with an incredible view of the waterfront, Belle Isle and Canada. The venue can accommodate up to 600 people. Arrangements for valet parking are also available for this location.
