The People Mover

The Detroit People Mover is an above-ground transit system that loops around nearly 3 miles in downtown Detroit.  The fare is 50 cents one-way.  The GM Renaissance Center People Mover Station is located in Tower 200, Level 2.

The Detroit People Mover now runs in a clockwise direction -- for the first time in its history.  Riders can travel from the GM RenCen to Cobo or the Joe Louis Arena in less than half the time.
